This is just our simple base salad. Nothing really to special but the little extras make all the difference.

Ingredients
Various Types of Lettuce
Kale
Arugula/Rocket
Olive Oil
Oregano
Salt
Black Pepper
Extras
Pumpkin Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Cashew Nuts
Chili Pepper
Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Wash all the vegetables.
- Then chop the vegetables into bite size pieces.
- Throw it all into a big bowl and add salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil and mix.
- Use the salad for the next couple of days and customize it to your liking.
Extra: Add a pinch of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cashew nuts, and I cut up a red chili pepper. Finish with lemon juice and a bit more olive oil.
